New Westminster, BC - Gone too soon. Predeceased by his loving grandparents, Tom and Jean Smith. Jason is survived by his mother, Kelly; Uncle Larry (Jo-Ann); Auntie Barb (Ron); as well as many cousins and wife, Anne.

Jason was a passionate member of the Vancouver Theatre community at the time of his passing. He had a love of the theatre from a young age. Jason loved and was loved by many. Family was very important to him. His presence will forever be missed.

We would like to thank the smalls and honorary smalls for being with him on his last day.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Massey Theatre.

A celebration for Jason (Swing) will be held at a later date.
