Victoria, BC - Patricia passed away quietly and gently in her much loved, beautiful home, on the morning of January 28, 2026.

Patricia was pre-deceased by her long time life partner, Horst Anders, her father Charlie Waters and mother Joy Waters, and her brother Frank.

Pat leaves behind her sisters, Linda Loewen (Helmut, Mark, and Cheri), and Brenda English (Patricia White, Erin, and Simon O'Connell), her best friend of a lifetime Leslee Farrell (Terry) and Marijane Smith, and a multitude of great friends and colleagues of hers that she kept close over the years.

Patricia followed Dad into real estate at a very young age and honed her skills in the lower mainland. She became one of the top realtors on the lower mainland for years, before moving to her beloved Victoria, to attain top realtor status there as well. She retired in 2018 at the top of her game!

A few words from her niece Erin:

"Auntie Pat was a force to be reckoned with. A powerhouse business woman and an Aunt that I looked up to for guidance and advice. Classy, dignified, and sure of herself, she did not shy away from sharing her opinion and did not shrink herself small to comfort others. She freely offered advice when asked, or even when not asked at times. Without words, that look in her eye was clear. She had a giant loving heart for her family and animals."

Pat loved to spend hours in her kitchen cooking so she could host lavish dinner parties for her friends, multiple times throughout the year. Pat was very accomplished in the culinary field and loved to share her happiness and laughter and good wines and cocktails with her friends and family.

Pat lived her life out loud with unabashed lavishness and elegance, and much out of control laughter with her youngest sister Brenda. Crazy fun times with No Regrets!

Pat loved her family, her friends and her little dogs Waldo, ZsaZsa and Heidi very much.

There will be no service by request.

If you would like to honour her, a donation to the Victoria SPCA or the Victoria Mustard Seed Food Bank would be amazing and gratefully accepted. She can then continue her love of feeding people and her love of dogs.
