GRIFFIN, William Howard

November 14, 1933 - May 16, 2022

Victoria born, Howard passed away peacefully at RJH after experiencing declining health for the last 4 years of his life. Survived by his loving wife Suzanne (Sue) after over 51 years of marriage. Also survived by many cousins. Predeceased by father William Henry and mother Beatrice Mary (Rogers) Griffin, as well as grandparents George and Llllie Rogers who

were early pioneers of Rogers Farm in Saanich;and sister-in-law Geraldine Brenda Martin.

After graduation Howard became a cabinet

maker by trade, installing awnings and boat

covers for two Victoria companies. He then

retired from BC Ferries after more than

25 years of service on the Queen of Saanich.

Over the years Howard enjoyed going to Reno

returning by way of the Napa Valley and the

Oregon coast; vintage, classic, current cars; and music.
